Welcome back to our 6th annual Christmas Lasagna Sale!

It is an honor to prepare the food that your family will enjoy this Holiday Season. This year, in an effort to make your Christmas dinner accessible, we have decided to skip the pre-order and stock an abundance of Lasagnas, Focaccia, Crack Sauce and Quiches the THREE weekends in December that we are open! That means if your Christmas party is earlier in the month, you can have a Christmas Lasagna! There will NOT be any pre-order or pick up the week of Christmas. That means if you want a Lasagna, come and pick one up during one of the three weekends we are open. We are making them fresh each week and then freezing them to ensure that they will be perfect for your Holiday celebration any day in December! Please check out the FAQ or send us an email if you have any questions. We value you as a part of the Mama Mila’s family and we’d love to include you in our family tradition this year!

I was racking my brain on what to prepare for my picky son’s Birthday meal. Which has its challenges because it’s on Christmas Eve. A friend suggested Mama Mila’s lasagna. We discovered Mama Mila's about 6 months ago and have been back MANY times since, from Franklin. We have Italian Restaurants here but it is well worth the drive to go to Mama Mila's!! It is absolutely THE BEST Italian Food we've ever had! And we are Foodies, and eat really good food often. We ordered the Christmas Lasagna and I'll be honest, I was a tad nervous that I was going to be disappointed because there is nothing like eating the food fresh from the restaurant.   • Trick question! I was trying to see if you read above. 😉 There will NOT be any kind of order this year. You cannot reserve any items, pay ahead or place any semblance of an order. Everything is first come, first served and only able to be purchased during business hours between December 3rd-December 20th (or until sold out). We will update on social media if we sell out. We will not make ANY exceptions to this rule- regardless of how far away you live. Any DM or email requests to reserve any items will be dismissed.

  • Nope. We will have a set stock each week and when it is gone for the week, it is gone. Unless you wait until the last minute, if we’re sold out one week, come back the next week!

  • The Lasagna will come frozen and will be good for 3 months.

    All cooking and storage instructions can be found here. You are responsible for following these instructions to ensure the best possible meal. Mama Mila’s does our best to provide you with a delicious meal and we cannot guarantee any outcome or quality if the instructions are not followed.

  • Nope! If you just want a Focaccia, Crack Sauce or Quiche, you go for it! Come get whatever your heart desires.

  • While we sympathize, we are not making any ingredient changes this year. Everything is sold as is.

    Ideas:

    Gluten Free guest? Pick up a quart of the Augi sauce and you can easily heat that up with a gluten free pasta to serve your guest.

    Dairy Free guest? They can eat the Focaccia!

    Vegetarian guest? Pick up a quart of the Augi and heat that up with a pasta to serve your guest. They can also eat the Focaccia!

  • We will stock on Wednesday, December 3rd, 10th & 17th. You can come in during our open hours Wednesday-Saturday each of those weeks to make your purchase. Once we sell out for the week, we are out. We will then restock the following Wednesday. Basically, don’t wait until Saturday night, there’s no guarantees.

  • No. Everything is sold separately and based on availability.

  • Yes! Ask to add a quart of Augi “crack” sauce at checkout. You’ll heat the sauce up and pour it over the slices of your Lasagna (after it has been baked) to make your guests our “Fat Tony”.

  • We do not use preservatives in our Focaccia. If left on the counter for multiple days, it will mold. To preserve the quality of your Focaccia, it will come double wrapped in foil. Please store it in the freezer. Take it out an hour and a half before you plan to bake it and let it thaw. Bake your focaccia in the aluminum for 20 minutes at 375. Remove the aluminum and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top, bake for another 10 minutes and remove to cool and slice. Top with flaky sea salt.

  • All instructions can be found here.

  • We recommend that you refrigerate your Augi sauce for no more than 5 days. If you need it to last longer, freeze and then thaw on the counter before heating for up to 3 months.

    We recommend that you freeze your Focaccia until the day you plan to bake.

    We recommend that you keep your Quiche frozen until the day you’d like to bake. Thaw on the counter for 1 hour prior to baking.
