INGREDIENTS

(2) 28 OZ Cans of Crushed Tomatoes

2 TBSPS of Garlic Confit

2 tsp of Salt (to taste)

1 Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 Cup Basil

1 LB Cooked Ground Beef - Undrained

1 lb of (cooked) al dente Rigatoni

2 TBSPS of Olive Oil

1 cup of Fresh Mozzarella

1/2 cup of Parmigiano Reggiano

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook 1 lb of Ground Beef - until browned. Don’t drain.

  2. Boil 1 lb of Rigatoni in salted water for 8 min/al dente.

  3. Preheat your oven to 350ºF

  4. In a bowl combine Tomatoes, Garlic, Salt, Pepper & Basil.

  5. Stir in cooked beef.

  6. Add in the cooked rigatoni & olive oil and stir.

  7. In a 9x13 baking dish, pour in your mixture.

  8. Break up 1 cup of Fresh Mozzarella and distribute over the top of the pan. Sprinkle the parm over the top.

  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
