INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup of Garlic Confit (Recipe Below)

1 cup of Softened Butter

1/3 cup of Parsley

1 cup of shredded Mozzarella

1 cup of grated Romano

1/4 tsp of Salt

1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika

1 loaf of your favorite Bread

Garlic Confit:

2 Heads of Garlic

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel 2 heads of Garlic and put in an oven-safe container. Cover with olive oil & a sprinkle of salt & bake on 325ºF for 2 hours.

  2. Preheat your oven to 400ºF

  3. Combine all ingredients and stir your butter mixture.

  4. Cut your Bread in Half and spread your butter mixture evenly on both sides.

  5. Bake at 400ºF on a baking sheet for 15+ minutes - until your butter has fully melted and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  6. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
